From there, under the guidance of our Clinical Pilates physiotherapist, you’ll step into a space designed to build bone strength, boost muscle mass, support tendon health, and enhance mobility with purposeful, safe resistance training.
This 6 week program doesn’t just move your body; it honours midlife transformation. It’s about reclaiming strength, restoring confidence, and trusting movement—because we believe that when movement is safe, informed, and personalised, it heals beyond the body.
