Charu Mahajan is a highly trained and passionate physiotherapist with a mission to help people rediscover their freedom through movement. As the Founder and Director of Procure Physio and the clinic’s lead physiotherapist, Charu applies a holistic, patient-centred approach to care. She founded Procure Physio to create a space where patients could experience compassionate, individualized care that goes beyond traditional physiotherapy. She is dedicated to fostering complete recovery by combining expert treatment with thorough patient education.
With keen interest in pelvic health and women’s health focused physiotherapy, Charu is committed to helping women overcome health challenges with personalized care. She is a certified Mulligan practitioner and a Pilates instructor, with an extensive background in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. Her dedication to growth and professional development keeps her at the forefront of her field as she continuously expands her knowledge and skills.
Outside her practice, Charu finds joy in tending to her plants and finds peace in pottery and painting, apart from spending quality time with her beloved pet, Cookie. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Charu is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible care to her diverse community.

Jeffrey specializes in musculoskeletal conditions, manual therapy, acupuncture, kinesio taping, and stroke rehabilitation. Drawing on his sports background as a former Hong Kong Junior volleyball representative, he excels in sports injury treatment and performance enhancement. Through a blend of manual therapies and exercises, he focuses on pain relief and long-term recovery for his clients. Committed to excellence, Jeffrey continuously expands his skills with further certifications ensuring he stays at the forefront of physiotherapy practices.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jeffrey is a Manchester United fan, an Advanced Open Water scuba diver, and a culinary enthusiast. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he connects effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Known for her friendly demeanour, Timsi has built strong, positive connections with patients and is an invaluable team player who thrives both independently and collaboratively. Her versatility and dedication keep the practice running smoothly, and her enthusiasm for coffee has, without a doubt, influenced the entire team!
Outside of work, Timsi is deeply passionate about meditation and spirituality, grounding her adventurous spirit with mindful practices. She is a thrill-seeker at heart and loves exploring the world on two wheels, often embarking on motorcycle trips to discover new horizons.
