I started seeing Charu as I was a new mum, I had developed a mastitis in my breast that was very painful, my GP had recommended Charu who had incredible knowledge in women’s health and started treating the mastitis with ultrasound treatment, after the first treatment I felt relief. Since, I have seen Charu for hip pain after giving birth and also after a workplace injury, I knew I was in great hands and I could trust her with my treatment and recovery. Charu has been wonderful, with a wealth of knowledge, she genuinely cares for her patients and passionate about what she does. She takes her time to explain what’s happening in the body and the best way to treat it. A special mention for their receptionist Timsi also who is such a beautiful lady. I would absolutely recommend Charu and the team. Thank you ladies for the wonderful service.

Charu is really amazing, I can feel the difference just in my second session. I have been suffering for the past nearly 2 years with the groin pain, that was impacting my daily life and Charu knew exactly what to do and it helped me immensely. She is very compassionate and takes you through the treatment plan very thoroughly. I am so glad I came to her for my treatment. The receptionist at the practice is an absolute gem.

Charu cares about her patients getting better. She has a systematic plan for the patients. She is very warm and makes you feel at ease. She is constantly updating her techniques and skills to treat. And honestly she has immense knowledge in her field.

My 78 year old mother came from India last year to visit us in Sydney. She had walking issues due to pain in her knee. We thought it may be an age related issue and did a casual consultation with a physiotherapist in Blacktown. The physiotherapist told us that this is an age related issue and nothing much can be done to manage it, except making knee movable as much as possible. We then consulted Charu Mahajan of ProCure clinic. Charu did some initial message therapy for knee and foot and taught my mother to do some regular exercise during 3 visits to ProCure clinic . My mother in India is now doing exercise suggested by Charu Mahajan regularly and is managing her pain without much issue. Her mobility has also increased in last 6 month. I intend to take my mother back again to ProCure clinic when she visits us next time

I had significant lower back pain which put me off work for more than a week. From day one, Charu assisted me with a plan to recover and gave me exercises and treatments so that I could slowly improve. Hi everyone, I feel really good by taking sessions of postnatal recovery after my pregnancy. Mrs. Charu Mahajan did good job and I feel comfortable during every session of pelvic floor exercises and back massage. She has profound knowledge in her profession. Charu has been helping me throughout my pregnancy and I couldn't be more thankful. Around 24 weeks, I started getting some lower back pain in the mornings and during the night when standing, and she immediately was able to recommend some movement techniques. She also got me wearing SRC shorts, which have been very supportive of my core and glutes throughout pregnancy, too. I wear these under my clothes. She has helped with how to deal with the weight so that I am not damaging my body. I can am 38 weeks and can walk like normal, not feeling pain or too much weight and I get comments all the time about my movement. Charu has also been very informative about what to expect in terms of the perineal muscles during labour and birth and has worked with me to relax my pelvic floor muscles. I recommend this for anyone during pregnancy. I look forward to working with her post pregnancy as I have no doubt that she will be of amazing help then too. We have been working on exercises to open and get my body ready for labour, and we have a plan for post-pregnancy exercises for optimal body recovery. For women's health, I would recommend Charu to anyone. She is so caring and kind and is so professional.

My mother got treated here for her recovery post multiple metatarsal fractures. Charu is a phenomenal person really going out of her way to not only treat well but make the person confortable. She had a really bad personal medical emergency, but she always kept it at bay while fixing regular appointments for my mom. Really shows her work ethics.

Update: September 2024: Both myself and my wife have been seeing Charu for a few months now. She is amazing and she genuinely cares. She does a thorough analysis of the issues, prepares a solid treatment plan that would start with the best approach for the condition but doesn't rule out modifications based how our body responds as well as our feedback. My wife has seen a massive improvement in her calf pain issue and I have been treated for a range of injuries that occur from my contact sparring and the conditions have improved significantly. The facility has some of the best equipment I have seen in any physio centre - IFT, Heat, Laser, Ultrasound, a range of exercise equipment and now is also popular for the group physio sessions. Nov 2023: I have been seeing Akash at Procure for about 2 months now for lower back pain due to minor discomfort bulge and a 3rd MTP injury on the toe. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. When he does notice something that's outside of his scope, he recommends appropriate investigations. I have seen huge improvement in both the issues and recommended him for a visit if you have any medium or long term injuries.

The team at ProCure have been amazing for me. I hurt my shoulder in a fall and they have done a great job in getting the range of movement in my shoulder back. Exercise, exercise. They have given me gentle but effective exercises and they have worked.

I went in with a lower back issue and Cha knew what it was straight away. Very thorough with history of health conditions,old injuries and any other concerns. Highly recommend - booked in for some reassurance of my post natal recovery and to look into lower back pain likely from carrying baby. Charu shared a wealth of women's health knowledge and prepared an exercise plan. I left the first session with improved mobility in my lower back and am already booked in for my next appointment.

I had to take my daughter to see a physio due to some injury. The injury happened during the holidays period while most of the places were closed. The places opened were super-busy and overbooked. I took my daughter to see Charu without any pre booked appointment. Obviously, Charu was busy with her other patient and no idea we had been waiting for her. Once finished with the other patient she came straight to assess my daughter's situation. Without worrying about the time of the day, appointment etc., she jumped straight into the assessment for my daughter. Not only that, she also helped us with a special order without any delay. While she could easily charge us a consultation fees for that, she decided not to and was happy that she could help. Charu is probably one of few carers I met so far who are willing to go above and beyond their regular duties. I highly recommend ProCure and Charu for her services. Thanks Charu and ProCure!

After being dissatisfied from other places, I visited Dr. Charu here for my lower back pain. She picked the actual cause of it very quickly and guided me really well. I have just completed a course of treatment with Charu and I write to thank Charu for the determination, confidence and positive thinking therapy. I have had my shoulder injured(fractured) and had to take physiotherapist and I was bit reluctant to undergo these sessions and wanted to give up I must say Charu not only helped me gain my confidence back but helped me to get my shoulder and surrounding muscles back on track and I can do all my regular activities like nothing was happened to me. I'm very much impressed with the way the problem was analysed and how personalised the exercise program was. Charu spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future. It’s so empowering. Additionally, I must say even though she had some personal issues during my therapy, she didn’t just give up on me and kept me informed about her situation and rang me back to give me full needed attention. I highly recommend ProCure physio at Toongabbie. Charu is very professional and knowledgeable physio and I could see the difference soon after I completed my first session. She is a qualified, experienced, caring physio who tailors programs to a patient's capabilities with a goal of improving daily life through strengthening. Also a big shout out to the products that's available for purchase at her clinic, I found the roller to be extremely helpful and I had to chuck away the one i brought from BigW.
