What Is KLT?
Kinetic Link Training, KLT for short, is a system of physiotherapy exercises and workouts that are designed to promote your ability to:
- Move with ease: pain-free motion through an appropriate range of motion
- Move with efficiency: multiple muscles all contributing to the performance of every exercise
- Move with strength: the capacity to generate force through full-body movement patterns
- Move with control: strong, stable and fluid motions with safe and precise exercise technique
Unlike traditional strength training, which often isolates specific muscle groups, KLT is designed to improve the efficiency and coordination of the body’s kinetic chains — groups of muscles and joints that work together to perform movements.
This whole-body integration approach to rehabilitation is widely used by top-level athletes, but it is also highly effective for the everyday person looking to not only simply recover from a musculoskeletal injury, but reduce their risk of injury in the future by strengthening their body more than ever before.

Group KLT Sessions At Your Own Pace
Our classes are regular, periodic, structured, individualised, and optimised for your recovery and overall fitness building.
- Initial Assessment: We first assess the scope and severity of your condition and determine the severity of your condition and your suitability for rehab using KLT program.
- One or Two 1:1 Sessions: We create an exercise program tailored just for you! Learn the basics in how to effectively activate the necessary muscle groups.
- Attend Group Classes: Attend group classes. Each class is structured into different phases. Whilst we all go through each phase together, you will be carrying out your own program at your own pace; our KLT Level 3 Coach will go around in rotation and correct your form and help you move along your program.
